Terms of use
Conditions for using the PineHub Learning website and booking educational chart sessions in Thailand.
Acceptance
By browsing service-pinehub.click or requesting a seat at a PineHub Learning session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site and do not submit booking requests.
Educational service only
PineHub Learning provides technical analysis training — indicator interpretation and signal filtering sessions. We do not offer investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, or guaranteed trading results. Any charts used in sessions are for instruction.
Bookings and communication
Seat requests submitted through the contact form are inquiries until we confirm a dated evening in writing. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for reading confirmation messages before attending.
Intellectual property
Worksheets, filter cards, curriculum outlines, and site copy belong to PineHub Learning or its licensors. You may keep materials distributed to you as a seated participant for personal study. You may not republish, resell, or teach from those materials as your own course without written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to scrape content at scale, probe for vulnerabilities, submit abusive messages, or impersonate another person when requesting seats.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, PineHub Learning is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after attending a session. Our liability related to a paid booking is limited to the fees you paid for that specific session, except where Thai law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from bookings made through this site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Changes
We may update these terms as session formats or legal requirements change. The version posted on this page applies from the date of publication.
