Refunds & rescheduling
How seat holds, cancellations, no-shows, and private review changes work for PineHub Learning sessions.
Scope
This policy covers paid seats for group sessions (Indicator Interpretation Studio, Signal Filtering Lab) and paid private chart review appointments booked through PineHub Learning. We do not sell physical merchandise or downloadable course libraries on this site.
Eligibility window
- Full refund of amounts paid for a dated group seat if you cancel in writing at least 7 full days before the session start time.
- 50% refund if you cancel between 6 days and 48 hours before start.
- No refund for cancellations inside 48 hours, except where Thai consumer law requires otherwise or we cancel the session.
Private reviews follow the same timing rules measured from the appointment start.
Seat holds and deposits
When a 30% seat hold is collected, it is applied toward the session fee. If you cancel inside the no-refund window, the hold is retained. If we cancel the evening, the hold is returned in full or moved to a new date at your choice.
Non-refundable items
- Facilitator travel arranged for a closed-room booking after you approved the quote
- Extra printed chart packs already produced at your request
- Completed private review time once the appointment has begun
Work already started
If a private review has started (including review of charts you sent in advance after the meeting begins), fees for that appointment are not refunded. Unused future appointments remain subject to the timing rules above.
No-shows
Missing a group evening or private appointment without notice is treated as a late cancellation. The seat is released; payment for that dated booking is not returned.
Rescheduling
You may ask once to move a group seat to another published Bangkok evening at least 48 hours ahead, subject to open capacity. Private reviews may be rescheduled once with 48 hours’ notice. Further moves are treated as a cancellation under the timing table.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days after we confirm eligibility in writing. Bank or processor timelines may add a few days beyond our confirmation.

Exceptions
If a session cannot run because of facility closure or facilitator illness, you receive a full refund or a free move to the next equivalent evening.
