  • Booking follow-up: phone number if you choose to share it by email or call
  • Technical logs: standard server or host logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps
  • Cookies: essential cookies for consent preference; optional analytics if you accept — see /cookies/

We do not ask for national ID numbers, bank passwords, or brokerage credentials through this site.

Purposes

We use personal data to answer inquiries, confirm seats, send session logistics, improve the website, and meet legal record-keeping duties in Thailand.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active booking dispute. Confirmed booking records are retained for up to 5 years for accounting and consumer-law purposes. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when Thai law requires it.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Thailand, we rely on contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and only share what is needed to run the site or reply to you.

Your rights

Subject to Thai personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based (such as optional analytics cookies). To exercise rights, email hello@service-pinehub.click. You may also contact the relevant Thai supervisory authority if you have a complaint.

Children

Sessions and the website are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
